Stephanie Molina is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with extensive experience in mental health, case management, and crisis intervention across diverse populations. With a strong foundation in both clinical and community-based social work, Stephanie has worked across a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient services, and with specialized populations such as the LGBTQ+, children with trauma, and those affected by mental illness or trauma.
Stephanie has worked extensively with children, adults, and with adolescents and their families. Stephanie has helped them navigate challenges related to mental health, family dynamics, and life stressors. Her work includes addressing a broad spectrum of issues, such as eating disorders, trauma, disruptive behaviors/difficulties at school, domestic violence, & LGBTQ+ issues.
Stephanie’s therapeutic approach is rooted in a combination of trauma-informed care, utilizing Strengths-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy.
Stephanie works to empower clients by helping them identify and leverage their strengths while also providing strategies to address challenges in a compassionate and effective manner. Stephanie focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients, where they can explore their feelings, build coping mechanisms, and make informed decisions about their lives and well-being.
She tailors her interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual, utilizing a variety of techniques based on evidence-based practices. Whether working with individuals, families, or groups, Stephanie is dedicated to promoting emotional healing, personal growth, and resilience.
Stephanie is a New Mexico Highlands University graduate who has a love for Lego’s and pit bulls. She is a born and raised New Mexican who loves green over red, and road trips anywhere in the country. Stephanie is passionate about creating art, and spending quality time with her family.
