Our special relationships are like anything else, they require attention and consistent care to remain healthy and flourish.

Relationship problems do not get better if we ignore and avoid them. However, once we understand and attend to the feelings and needs of the special people in our lives, we can greatly improve our relationships for the better.

Helping Challenging Kids and Their Parents

“Kids do well if they can. If they are not doing well, something must be getting in their way.” ~Dr. Greene

Lack of motivation is usually caused by a lack of skills. We help young people build executive function skills to improve frustration tolerance and emotional regulation, reduce screen time, enhance problem solving skills and increase goal directed behaviors.

We support parents by helping them to improve their responses to challenging emotions and behaviors.
