A Financial Bonus of $300 per month if you see at least 95 client visits in that month (22 clients perweek, based on 4.3 weeks in the average month). $50 per hour training and staff meetings
Supervision and Professional Support is provided at no cost.
Above and beyond weekly pay for clients seen, we have a Profit Sharing Financial Bonus System at A Path With Heart for Independently Licensed Therapists:
A Financial Bonus of $300 per month if you see at least 95 client visits in that month (22 clients per week, based on 4.3 weeks in the average month).

This is an In-Person position, not a remote position; however telehealth part of the time is acceptable as several of our therapists prefer that. We will provide you with an office space at our health care center and free access to our fitness facility.
Job Requirements:
~ To Apply you must have an LMHC or LPCC or an LMSW or LCSW License in the State of New Mexico.
~ To be considered for the position, it helps to have a therapeutic philosophy that is strength-based and solution focused (positive psychology, health psychology, spiritual psychology, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Ability to provide guidance and directional support above and beyond humanistic and reflective therapy).
