Ana Nolan

With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Anthropology from the University of Arkansas, Anna Nolan brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical experience to the field of social work. After earning her Master of Social Work from Capella University in 2023, where she honed her skills providing therapy to survivors of trauma and hospice patients, Anna has dedicated herself to supporting those in need.

With several years of experience in the behavioral health field, Anna's expertise includes helping her clients develop new coping skills, stress reduction, self-acceptance, trauma healing, and addressing issues related to healing from grief, anxiety, and depression. 

Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral approaches, she tailors her treatment to meet the unique needs of each client.

Originally from California, Anna has lived in Arkansas and Florida before settling in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in 2020. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes quality time with her dog and cat, enjoys photography, travels, reads, writes, and listens to true crime podcasts. A fan of cooking and a regular attendee of the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Anna embraces the beauty in life’s moments, both big and small.
