Dana Paine

Dana has been in healthcare private practice in Albuquerque, N.M. since 1994. He graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelors degree of tri-emphasis: Psychology, Nutrition, & Exercise Science. Dana also completed a Master’s degree in Counseling from The University of New Mexico with a focus in Positive Psychology and Health Psychology and he has been a Licensed therapist since 2004. Dana utilizes Positive Psychology, Health Psychology and Spiritual Psychology to help his clients better navigate health and life challenges in order to find deeper meaning and greatly improve quality of life.

Dana’s healing and career path has been heavily influenced, guided, and informed through a variety of health challenges and difficult life experiences that were positively transformative and great gifts in disguise. Perhaps more than anything else, Dana’s own health and life challenges have deepened his insight and informed his journey, returning him time and again to walk a path with heart.

Mari Lyford

Mari specializes in helping people heal from trauma, recover from addiction, and resolve difficult life situations. She listens carefully to what her patients want and need, and then, helps implement positive changes. She believes in her patients' potential to create the life they want for themselves.

Mari has worked in healthcare for over 20 years, and specializes in the areas of Health and Wellness, Healing from PTSD and Trauma, Addiction Recovery, and Resolving Difficult Life Situations. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (QSAP), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT).  She is also trained in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD), the Resilience Toolkit, and Brainspotting. Mari also has a degree in Exercise Science and has worked as an exercise specialist in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.

Luscha Weeks

Luscha obtained a MA in counseling in 2004 from Southwestern College in Santa Fe. She has been providing counseling services in private practice and agency settings since 2004. She has a special interest in deep emotional healing and trauma work.  She is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certified. She uses a mindfulness-based approach, active acceptance, and DBT informed therapy as well as IFS (Internal Family Systems). She has been working with and studying at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM since 1995.

She believes that we are working toward self-finding and in the direction of our highest potential. Her focus is on PROCESS in the spirit of self-love and acceptance of who we are with all of our strengths and weaknesses—a process toward inner freedom. Freedom leads to peace and happiness.
